Helfie’s Heart Rate AI assists your health monitoring by analysing your heart rate and checking key indicators of cardiovascular health, in seconds.
Using your smartphone camera, the tool measures subtle changes in skin colour caused by blood flow. This contactless technique, known as remote photoplethysmography (rPPG), allows the AI to extract a clean pulse signal from your face and estimate multiple vital signs at once.
Heart Rate AI measures your heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen levels and respiratory rate, giving you fast insight into your cardiovascular and overall wellness.
